The HFEA are currently running a consultation to seek views on a new service model to improve the Donor Conception Register (DCR).

The proposed new service consists of three elements: an administration service, a DNA testing service and a counselling service, with each element being delivered by sector-leading specialists.

We are seeking to implement a stable, long-term and high-quality service, with funding guaranteed for a period of five years.
