The Role:

Access Fertility, the UK's premier provider of IVF Refund & Multi-Cycle Programmes is expanding with the launch of a new counselling service. We are offering and working in conjunction with UK wide fertility clinics creating a platform to provide a high-quality service for clinics and their patients.

Patients are referred to the platform for virtual fertility counselling with the counsellor of their choice.

The service will initially cover Monday to Friday with a view of extending to weekends if required.
Counsellors will deliver 6 sessions per day for minimum of 1 day per week, or up to 5 days per week (we can talk about flexibility of days).  Each session is 50mins.

 We seek an individual:

Qualified Fertility Counsellor – BICA registered
Customer centric approach
Proficiency in MS Office & ability to provide clear clinical notes via our database.
