Please join Fertility Network UK Wales and Lynda Mizen of Wales Fertility Institute to talk about managing your fertility and coming out of lockdown.

The group will be an informal discussion, looking at managing anxiety around the lifting of lockdown amidst fertility patients. So many of you tell us that you found elements of the lockdown beneficial due to not having to see people and attend social gatherings. Now that things are easing, we understand that you may feel very anxious about re-integrating back into society. The evening will consist of sharing lived experiences of lockdown and fertility and helping to build resilience within a world opening back up.

The meeting will take place at 7pm on Tuesday 22nd June via Zoom.

These meetings are open to both individuals and couples affected by a fertility issue. They provide a fantastic opportunity to get information and support, discuss services, listen to expert talks, and speak to others who really understand what you are going through.
