We'd like to get a wide and inclusive response so your help will be much appreciated. The survey will take 10 minutes to complete and will gather experiences of surrogacy and views on reform.

If you completed the last survey (in 2015) please still complete this one - the results will form an update report. The survey is open to anyone with an interest in surrogacy either from a personal or professional perspective. We'd love to get as many views as possible so please do share far and wide on twitter, Facebook, email and other communication platforms. The results of this survey will feed into a report to be published later this year that will make recommendations on behalf of the SUK Working Group and the All Party Parliamentary Group on surrogacy (led by Andrew Percy MP). We will also feed the recommendations into the Law Commission's review. Our last survey - three years ago - resulted in a landmark report that has shaped much of the discussion in Parliament and helped to put surrogacy laws on the agenda for change.
